Wesley “Buddy” R. Jones, 67, of Peletier, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Carteret Health Care.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Peletier Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Chad Blanton.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Jones of the home; daughter, Tracy Jones Brinson and husband Jim of Newport; father, Robert David Jones, Jr; three step-sons; brothers, Robert Wayne Jones and James “Jamie” Jones both of Greensboro; and grandchildren, Leena Amanda Brinson and James Brinson, Jr., both of Newport.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Boots Lee Payne Jones.
