Victoria "Vicky" Lee Adams

Victoria “Vicky” Lee Adams, 58, of Newport, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Carteret Health Care.

A celebration of Vicky’s life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 15th at Munden Funeral Home.

Vicky was born on January 27, 1967, in Whiteville, NC. She was a gifted craftsman, known for her meticulous work in restoring boats. Her attention to detail reflected her passion for craftsmanship.

Above all, Vicky will be remembered for her bright blue eyes and contagious smile. She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her life partner, Robert Delgado of Newport, NC; loving daughters, Jennifer Albritton (Bradley Sheppard) of Emerald Isle, Jamie Albritton (Eddie) of Kinston, NC, and Kimberly Heath (Scott) of Beulaville, NC; father, John Adams Sr. of Wilmington, NC; sisters, Crystal Adams of Mt. Olive, Rena Burdick (Nathan) of Raleigh, and Stacy Simmons (Eddie) of Little River, SC; brother, John Adams Jr of Selma, NC.; numerous loving grandchildren; and 1 precious great-grandchild.

Vicky was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Taylor and Bessie Adams; mother, Delma Moore; and her dog, JoJo.
