Vickie Dailey

Vickie Dailey, 74, of Havelock, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at the Cherry Point Baptist Church.

Vickie was a member of Cherry point Baptist Church in Havelock where she served faithfully. She was a former volunteer with the American Red Cross, helped with Hurricane Florence, also the fires in Sacramento, and in Panama City Beach, Florida.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Shannan Martin and husband Scott of Havelock, son, Nicholas Anthony DeSalvo of Havelock, brother Bill Collier and wife Carol of Kingston, Wa., grandchildren Jordan Christine DeSalvo, Christopher Raymond Martin and two great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Cherry Point Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cherry Point Baptist Church, 212 Church Road Havelock, NC 28532.
