Troy Morris, Jr., 85, Morehead City, died Monday, April 19, 2010 at Carteret General Hospital.
A private graveside service to be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy Morris of Morehead City; daughter, Sally Hunter and husband I.J. of Morehead City; son, Troy Morris, III and wife Yvonne of Morehead City; two sisters, Inez Holowiti of Titusville, FL and Ella Wegley of Sarasota, FL; and two grandchildren, Priscilla and Lauren Morris.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diebetes Association, 434 Fayetteville Street Mall, Suite 1600, Raleigh, NC 27610.
