Tommie Jean Kennepohl, 63, of Swansboro passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Munden Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Mumford officiating.
Tommie was a member of the Red Hat Society and very active in the VFW Ladies Auxilliary, also a proud and distinguished member of the Cooties.
She is survived by her husband John Kennepohl of the home; one sister, Linda C. Odom of Crestview, FL; one grandchild, Dylan Lively.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Sadie Barefoot; brother, Robert Lee Barefoot.
