Tommy was born on August 14, 1942, in Morehead City, North Carolina, to the late Winfield and Virginia Webb. He loved the Lord, and his life was a reflection of his faith. Tommy was very active in his church, First Methodist Church, where he found great joy in serving and worshiping.
Fishing was his favorite hobby, and he was also a talented bowler. Tommy loved to travel and especially enjoyed trips to the mountains.
A true homebody, Tommy was happiest when surrounded by his family — including his beloved cat, Frankie. His family meant everything to him; his world revolved around them, and he loved each one with all his heart. He was a devoted and loving husband and father who adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Those remaining to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Grace Kelly Webb; daughter, Kelly Woolard (Phil) of Morehead City, NC; son, Thomas Scott “Scotty” Webb Jr. (Mary Hamilton Webb) of Newport, NC; sister, Mary Webb Shenofsky (Jerry) of Temperance, MI; brother, Bobby Webb of Morehead City, NC; grandchildren, Charles Scott Webb, Stefany Boyd (Kyle) and Thomas Michael Webb; great-grandchildren, Kailyn Boyd, Brantley Boyd, Stella Webb and Kaizen Webb; close friend, James Core; and several loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to First Methodist Church, 900 Arendell St., Morehead City, NC 28557.
