Thomas Anthony Scott, 23 , of Havelock, N.C., died Sunday, September 6, 2009, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Scott of the home; daughter, Angel Serenity Ann Scott of the home; father, Joe Scott of Mocksville; brother, Jason K. Scott of Havelock; and mother-in-law, Sheryl Gould.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Osborne Scott.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
