Tania Belinda Dagnino

Tania Belinda Dagnino, 42, of New Bern, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023, at her home.

Tania was born on November 16, 1980, in Winchester, Virginia, to Cecil Bowers and Wanda Lowe.  She had something of an artistic spirit, whether she was dabbling in crafts or sewing. Tania enjoyed the solace of nature working in her yard and taking in the beauty of the outdoors. Her gentle and caring nature extended not only to her family but also to the furry friends who found comfort and love in her presence.

Tania cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchild, and taking care of other children, imparting her wisdom and nurturing their spirits with love and affection. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to treasure her memory are her husband, Michael of the home; father, Cecil Bowers of North Carolina; mother, Wanda Lowe of Florida; daughters, Mariela Celeste Torres of Pennsylvania and Olivia Nevaeh Torres of Raleigh; and one grandchild.
