Tammy Lee McNabb

Tammy Clever McNabb, 56, of Morehead City, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 30, 2026, she left this world after a lengthy illness.

Tammy enjoyed a rich full life. She loved traveling and hanging out with her friends and family. She was an avid fisherwoman who enjoyed having a line in the water and teaching her grandchildren how to fish. Her fondest memories were of sitting on the dock, fishing and talking with the children. She enjoyed life to the fullest.

Tammy is survived by her husband, George P. McNabb Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Morgan and Shane Stilson; grandson and granddaughter, Finn Stilson and Sylvia Stilson; her uncle, Paul "Pete" Holt; and lifelong friend, John O'Connor.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Holt Clever. 

In lieu of flowers, Tammy requested that donations be made to the Take A Kid Fishing Foundation Inc, P.O. Box 1191, Morehead City, NC 28557 or to your local Homeless or Food Shelter in her memory.
