Stella Marie Chuffo, 85, of Chicago, IL, passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City, NC.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, August 19, 2016 at St. Egberts Catholic Church with Father Tom Davis presiding.
Stella earned her wings with the way she lived her life here on earth. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
Stella is survived by her son, Raymond Chuffo and wife Lora Lynn of Wilmington, NC; daughters, Donna Chuffo of Morehead City and Marla Chuffo of Beaufort; sister, Josephine Baldo of Chicago; grandchildren, Regina Composto, Michael Liguori, Samantha Chuffo, Katie Liguori and Juliana Chuffo; great grandchildren, Connor Composto, Kayley Composto, Haiden Composto and Alexis Composto; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Chuffo; parents, Raymond and Lena Pirrello; and brothers, Angelo, James and Charles Pirrello.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale St., Memphis, TN 38105.
