Rose Marie Brooks, 71, of Emerald Isle, died Friday, September 17, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home with Wojtek Chudciak officiating.
Mrs. Brooks was a member of St. Mildred Catholic Church of Swansboro, NC.
She is survived by her husband Ronald Brooks of the home; sons John Armshaw of Cape Coral, FL, Joseph Armshaw of Concord, CA, and Jeff Armshaw of High Point, NC; sisters Margaret Palaigus of Ocoe FL, and Mary Ann Improte of Melbourne, FL; brother Nicholas Babino of Leviton, NY; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Children?s Miracle Network, PO Box 8369, Greenville, NC 27835-8369, or St. Jude?s Childrens Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale St., Memphis, TN 38105
The family will receive one hour prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.
