He is survived by his mother, Mary Pelka; father, Roger Foster, Jr.; daughter; sister, Jessica Lynn Foster; and girlfriend, Joni Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Munden Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
