Robert L. Warren

Robert L. Warren, 90, of Pine Knoll Shores, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Robert was born on January 7, 1935, in Binghamton, New York, to the late Lee and Dora Warren. He had a deep love for life and people. He moved to the Crystal Coast in 1990, where he found not only the beauty of the ocean but also a welcoming community that became home. Robert had a gift for sketching and drawing, spending countless hours on his many works.

He loved being on the water, especially sailing which showed his love for adventure. Robert had a gift for connecting with others. A devoted member of the Sheperd of the Sea Lutheran Church, he found purpose in his faith and church family. Robert was also on the church council. Fair winds and following seas, Robert. You will be deeply missed.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his daughter, Jennifer Parker of Raleigh, North Carolina; son, Greg Warren of Hudson, Wisconsin; sister, Janet Stanton of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and grandson, Nicholas Roberts Bateski of Raleigh, North Carolina.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Ruth Warren; and grandchildren, Nicolle Ann Bateski and Madison Warren.
