Richard "Richie" Andrew Hazlett, Jr.

Richard “Richie” A. Hazlett, Jr., 46, of Havelock passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Havelock.

Richard is survived by his wife, Debbie Hazlett, of Havelock; parents, MGySgt Richard A. Hazlett USMC Ret. and Wanda Burge Hazlett of Havelock; grandmother, Lorraine Hazlett of Wintersville, OH; step-daughter, Danielle Haskins of Atlanta, GA; step-son, Steven Darren Haskins, Jr. of Havelock; brother, Charles E. Hazlett and wife, Dolly, of Heartland, TX; two step-grandchildren, Daril C. and Denior Evans of Atlanta, GA.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lester and Jean Burge and Andrew C. Hazlett.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Havelock.
