Richard “Dick” Stanley Cotter, 79, of Havelock, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later time.
Richard was born to the late Stanley and Carolyn Cotter on July 15, 1941 in Sweden, New York. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was retired from Xerox.
He is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Brooks (Cotter) and husband Tim of Ogdensburg, NY; sons, Barrett Erle Cotter and wife Lisa of Havelock, NC, Kelly Richard Cotter of Vale, NC; companion, Shirley Pentycofe, grandchildren, Abagail Cotter, Lacey Cotter, Joshua Cotter, Erika Vanderlinde, Sarah Cotter, Samantha Cotter, Timothy Perkins, Heather Wetzel; and 14 great grandchildren.
