Tom Riggs, 82, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 3013 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 pm Saturday at Holly Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by wife Dorothy Riggs of Newport; daughter Barbara Wigger and husband John of Newport; son Glen Riggs and wife Karen of Newport; three grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
