Born in Charleston, SC, A dedicated Navy, Korean War Veteran, truck driver, city bus driver, and small engine mechanic, a father and grandfather with a love of the ocean, seafood, and gardening. He lived a full, yet simple life, with so many amazing stories. Though he led a simple life, he did it with so much heart and feistiness and his passing was peaceful, and he will be missed by his remaining 6 children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. RIP Daddy.
Philip’s graveside service with military honors, will be held at 2 p.m., on Friday, December 1st, at Gethsemane Memorial Park in Newport.
