Philip S. Hastings, 82, of Cape Carteret, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 28th at Cape Carteret Presbyterian Church, officiated by Rev. Ben Burrows.
