Paul Everett Harrold Sr., 76, of Havelock, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held at a later date. Service details will be shared once finalized.

Paul was born on October 3, 1949, in Bremerton, Washington, to the late Paul Harrold and Evelyn Dye.

Paul proudly served his country as a United States Marine, dedicating 30 years of his life to the Marine Corps. Following his military career, he continued serving his country through his work with Civil Service as a Chief Aircraft Maintenance Technician. His dedication to his work and his country was a source of great pride throughout his life.

Paul had a love for the open road and especially enjoyed riding his Harley. He also enjoyed spending time at the range with his son-in-law, Warren, and his grandson, Mason.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his daughter, Laura Babich and husband Warren of Havelock, NC; son, Paul Harrold Jr. and wife Rebecca of New Bern, NC; sister, Pamela Tobin and husband Doug of Montana; 8 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy Harrold.
