Pansy Horton Bordeaux, 100, of Morehead City, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with her son, Rev. Ben Horton officiating . Interment will follow at Bayview Cemetery.
Mrs. Pansy was a member of First Baptist Church of Morehead City.
She is survived by her son, Sid Horton and wife Theresa of Morehead City and Rev. Ben Horton of Rockingham; sister, Francis Butler of Turkey, NC; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; special friends, Ann House, Janet Morgan, Danny and Rose Clapsadl, Cathy Davis, and especially her dog "Peanut ";
She was preceded in death by her first husband, S.A. "Red" Horton; her second husband, Robert Bordeaux; her parents, James and Frankie Epps; sisters, Virginia Moye, Catherine Epps Railey and Lucy Matthews; and brothers, Maurice Epps, Tollie Epps and Roy Epps.
The family will receive friends 7:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
