Mary Tinnin Conner, 97, of Morehead City, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at Carteret Health Care.
Mary was a talented seamstress that worked for Morehead Garment Company. She was a compassionate woman who used her gifting to bless others by donating quilts that she made to raise money for charity. Her other interests included reading and gardening. Mary will be remembered most for being a mother to not only her own children, but others as well.
She is survived by her daughter , Mary J. Conner and husband George Sepella of Morehead City; grandchildren, Robin, Anderson and Allen; and friends, Angie Pavone, Christine Natividad, Rhonda Sensenich, April Conway and Brianne Avery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen “Cotton” Conner; parents, Albert and Grossie Tinnin; sons, Richard Conner, Roger Conner and Allen Conner.
