Mary Delores Bryant, 60, of Morehead City, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A graveside service to honor Mary's life will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 17th at Gethsemane Memorial Park, officiated by Chaplain Rick Brooks. A repass will take place at Munden Funeral Home immediately following the interment.
Mary was born on April 5, 1965, in Craven County, North Carolina. For 22 dedicated years, she worked in the housekeeping department at Harborview Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She took great pride in her work where her strong work ethic and faithful service touched the lives of coworkers and residents alike.
Mary had a special love for keeping things clean, neat and in order-it wasn't just a task for her, but a way she showed care. She also found happiness in the kitchen, preparing meals that brought people together. She loved the rhythm of a good song and couldn't resist dancing whenever her favorite tunes played.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are her mother, Ethel Pender and her husband James Pender III of Morehead City, NC; daughters, Nictorian Terese Bryant of Morehead City, NC and Krishawna Nicole Bryant of Ft. Collins, CO; sisters, Lisa Gooding of Newport, NC, Towanda Dillahunt of Stella, NC, Katonia Jones of Stella, NC, and Angela Wright and husband Kenneth of Texas; and brothers, Michael Bryant of Swansboro, NC and Roderick Jones and fiancé Janice Maxey of Franklinton, NC.
Mary was preceded in death by her father, Terrance Tyrone Hill.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome.
