Martha Elizabeth Worthington Smith, 93, of Morehead City, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Crystal Bluffs.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Friday at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Manley Rose officiating.
She is survived by a daughter Faye S. Brewer of Newport: two sons Len B. Smith and wife Patricia of Emerald Isle, and Fred W. Smith, Sr., of Morehead City: seven grandchildren Elizabeth Pollard, Kimi B. Kelley, Sherrie Rhodes, Tracey B. Lewis, Fred W. Smith, Jr., Jason Todd Smith, and Tara S. Dowd: seventeen great grandchildren: and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Alice Worthington, husband Eddie Ray Smith, and a sister Margaret W. Lyon.
Visitation will be 4:00-5:00 pm Thursday at Munden Funeral Home.
