Lottie Estelle Smith, 88, of Newport, died Friday August 24, 2012 at Croatan Ridge Nursing Facility.

She is survived by daughters Estelle Guthrie of Newport and Betsy Brown and husband Bobby of Mill Creek: sons Daniel Oglesby and wife Ellena of Greenville, and Nathan Oglesby and wife Doreen of Mill Creek: nine grandchildren: and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by Carlyle Oglesby and son Frankie Oglesby.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
