Leofrice Harry Scott Jr., 88, of Jacksonville, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Premier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Jacksonville.
Leofrice was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on December 7, 1933, to the late Leofrice and Margaret Scott. Following high school, he honorably served in the United States Airforce. After the military and college, he went on to be an engineer where he enjoyed the creativity and skill of his profession.
He is survived by his sister, Amanda Kention; son, Daryl Scott; brothers, Lawrence Scott, Alton Scott, and Nathan Scott; and 2 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Toure Oliaton.
