Keith L. Rice

Keith L. Rice, 36, of New Bern, passed away Wednesday, April 29­, 2020, at Carolina East Medical Center.

Services for Keith will take place in Ohio at a later date.

Keith was a talented carpenter with an eye for detail, whose reputation preceded him, and his skills were in demand. Keith was a loving and caring person that will be missed.

He is survived by his son, Keith Michael Rice of the home; mother, Sharon Duigou and significant other Joe Brooking of New Bern; sisters, Angel Pedro of Warren, OH, Gwen Rice-Smith of Newport, Stephanie Wilmoth and husband Larry of Warren, OH and Jessica Rice of Homestead, FL; brother, Willy Rice of Warren, OH; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” Rice.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for a fund they are setting up for Keith’s son.
