Katharine Blackburn, 66, of Beaufort, NC died Friday, July 22, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Bob Rasch; two daughters, Jessica Murphy and Rebecca Dauterive; two brothers, Mark Blackburn and Dr. Jeffery Blackburn; and two grandchildren, Lillian and Buck.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at the home, 731 Comet Drive in Beaufort.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carteret County Humane Society, PO Box 357, Newport, NC 28570.
