Karen Johnson
July 24, 1957 — December 4, 2009
Karen T. Johnson, 52, "known to friends as "Queenie", of Morehead City, died Friday, December 4, 2009, at Carteret General Hospital.
Karen graduated from Appalachian State University. She was employed with BB & T for 17 years before joining her husband in the Culligan Business.
Services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Billy Seate officiating.
She is survived by her husband Bill Johnson of Morehead City; daughter, Katy Johnson of Wilmington; son, Will Johnson of Greenville; parents, Gene and Nannette Todd of Scotland Neck; brother, Worth Todd and wife Nell of New Bern and three nephews, Trip, Bennett, and Davis Todd.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 900 Arendell St., Morehead City, NC, 28557.
