Josephine Crivelli Brooks, 66, of Newport, died Wednesday November 23, at her home.
A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Tuesday November 29, at Munden Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bob Lowery and Rev. Matthew Smith officiating.
She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Pembroke NC.
She is survived by two daughters Margaret Ann Brooks of Newport and Deborah Ann Bazemore of Newport : two sons David Brooks and Anthony Brooks both of Newport, NC: two brothers Joseph Crivelli of NJ, and Phillip Crivelli of Texas; six grandchildren Stephen Ray Johnston, Dustin David Johnston, Phillip Anthony Brooks, David Brooks, Jr., Brandon Brooks, and Danielle Garner: four great grandchildren Layla Marie Johnston, Scarlett Madison Johnston, Levi Ray Johnston, and Alana Lynn Garner: a sister Linda Sweeney of Newport: family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Brooks and her parents Anthony and Margaret Crivelli.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home, Morehead City, NC.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family c/o Margaret Brooks 601 Mourning Dove Newport, NC 28570.
