Jody Franklin Meadows, 50, of Beaufort, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at his home.
He was a graduate of East Carteret High School and a US Navy Veteran.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Jody is survived by his mother and father; Amber Oliphant Meadows and James Franklin Meadows; sister, Melissa Meadows Patterson and husband Greg; brother, Jamie Keetch Meadows; uncle, Robert “Bob” Meadows and wife Carolyn; nieces, Amber Caitlin Schryver and husband Tyler, Alexandria (Alli) Maher, Julia M. Patterson; nephews, Austin J. Patterson, Tyler B. Patterson; cousins, Lenore Meadows and husband Scott Taylor, John Meadows and wife Jill, Dr. Steven Meadows and wife Beth, and his devoted dog, Cooper.
