Janice Kay Neidiffer

Janice Kay Neidiffer, 79, of South River, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Carteret Health Care.

Janice was born on May 17, 1946, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to the late Dale and Gladys Valentine. She was a woman of quiet strength and a kind spirit. Janice enjoyed spending time at the beach, the sound of the waves was peaceful to her. Long walks brought her comfort and reflection, and reading was one of her favorite hobbies. Janice loved getting lost in a book while relaxing at home. Her warmth and thoughtfulness will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debra Colavito of South River, N.C.; son, Allen Dale Neidiffer (Barb) of Indianapolis, IN.; grandchildren, Ashley Daugherty of Texas, and Cody Daugherty of Camp Lejeune, N.C.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Carl Neidiffer.
