James Christian Hege

James Christian Hege, 90, of Beaufort, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024, at Cherry Point Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

James was born on July 2, 1933, in Winston Salem, North Carolina. After completing high school, he worked on the family farm. Later in life, he found his passion as a Cabinet Installer, dedicating himself to his craft and clients throughout his tenure at Sears.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 4 years, Josephine Piver Hege; nieces, Renee Haire of Arlington, VA, and Jenne Mills of Williamsburg, VA; and nephew, Steve Haire of Oxford, NC.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Russell's Creek Original Free Will Baptist Church.
