Jackie Nobles West, 75, of Emerald Isle, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 12th, at Emerald Isle Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Zach Emory. Following the service, the family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a reception and time of fellowship.
