Hubert Wren Smith, 81, of Newport passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Pruitt Health Care.
A private service will be held at Coastal Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, NC.
He is survived by his two brothers; Louis E. Smith and wife Linda of Adams Creek and Raymond Smith of Newport; one niece, Kellie Baulm of Wanchese and one nephew; Travis Smith of California.
He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jean Smith; parents, Hubert Wren Smith Sr. and Sally; brother, Garland Eastwood Smith.
