Herbert Conrad Kisse, 87, of Sea Level, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Sung Harbor.
No services will be held at this time.
Herbert is survived by his brother, Fred Kisse of Vera Beach, FL; and step daughter, Jeannie Cline.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Margaret Stricker Kisse.
