Guy W. Lewis, Jr., 62, of Smyrna, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Cherry Point Bay Nursing Home.
The family will conduct a memorial service 6:30 Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Gillikin officiating.
He is survived by his life companion, Charlene Willis; son, Jared Willis; daughter, Nicole Dudley and husband Scott; granddaughter, Kendalyn; grandson, Christopher Gaskill; sisters, Judith Golden, Kay Willis and Laura Lewis all of Smyrna and Jeanne Potter of Gloucester; also many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nora Lewis and father, Guy W. Lewis, Sr., sisters, Gloria Culpepper and Anna Burke, nephews, Edward "Rebel" Gibbs and Brian Culpepper, and niece, Darla Capalbo.
