Glena Marie Roach Sherwood, 79, of New Bern, died Thursday, October 15, 2009, at East Carolina Medical Center.
Mrs. Sherwood was born February 15, 1930, in New Bern, to Sam and Glena Roach. She was a retired secretary with Washburn Moving and Storage.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday at Greenleaf Memorial Park in New Bern.
She is survived by a son, William "Billy" Sherwood of New Bern; daughter, Judy Suitt of Morehead City and one grandson.
