Gina Fogarty-Holstad, 73, of Cape Carteret, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Carteret Health Care.

Gina was born on September 4, 1952, in Florida, to the late Robert Edwin and Georgia Theresia Fogarty. Gina was a long-time civil service employee and worked part time at Hamric-Patterson Tax and Accounting. She was a good, loving wife, sister, and beloved friend.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Gerald Bruce Holstad; sister, Theresia Roberts; and her precious rescue dog Bailey.
