George Aldridge Davis
December 5, 1944 — May 3, 2015
George Aldridge Davis, 70, of Davis, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Davis with Pastor Ed Renfrow officiating. Interment will follow at Oscar Davis Cemetery.
He is survived by his sister, Audrey Salter of Davis; two nieces, Pam Waters and Delane Emory both of Harkers Island; nephew, Vernon Guthrie of Davis; also several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Davis; parents, George Minor Davis and Odessa Murphy Davis; and sister, Beula Hamilton.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
