Forrest Davis, 22, of Green Acres, FL, formerly of Morehead City, passed away May 7, 2016.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City officiated by Minister Tom Blangiardo.
He is survived by his grandparents, parents, brothers, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by Peepa.
A gathering of friends and family to follow at the funeral home following the service.
