Elizabeth Ann Dulaney

Elizabeth Ann Dulaney, 73, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House. She spent the past year and a half by the water in beautiful Sea Level, NC.

Elizabeth "Liz" was born on September 13, 1949, in Shelby, North Carolina, to the late L.T. and Ann Hamrick.

Liz loved to play the piano and could do so by ear. She was an avid reader of books of all kinds, loved history and was well studied in astrology. Liz enjoyed staying in touch with extended family and friends, and handwriting letters regardless of today's technology and social media options. She never forgot her loved ones' birthdays and was faithful in sending birthday cards to commemorate the day.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Michael Kennedy and nephew, Scott Kennedy, both of Morehead City and nephew David Kennedy of Greenville, NC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Maxine H. Kennedy of Shelby, North Carolina.
