Edward “Eddie” Francis Healey, 61, of Newport, passed away May 7, 2021 at Carteret Health Care.
Eddie enjoyed sailing, golfing, and watching the Houston Astros. He was a very kind and friendly person, a loving father to Kimberly and Timothy, and grandfather to Sophie and Bryce.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Healey of the home; daughter, Kimberly Vogan and husband Ben of Maryland; son, Timothy Healey of Jacksonville; sisters, Katherine Healey, Margaret “Peggy” Davis, Mary Healey; brothers, Joey Healey, Patrick Healey, Michael Healey, and Marti Healey; grandchildren, Sophie and Bryce; and furry companion, Bandit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Healey, Jr, MD and Kathryn Healey; sister, Ellen Michaels; and brother, Danny Healey.
