Edna Earle (Gillikin) Hancock
October 25, 1913 — February 22, 2016
Edna Gillikin Hancock, 102, of Otway, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at Crystal Bluffs.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City with Rev. Bill Hooper officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Edna was a member of Otway Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Daniels and husband Edwin of Otway; son, Sterling Hancock and wife Karen of Straits; grandchildren, Eddie Daniels, Ricky Daniels, David Daniels, Jeffrey Daniels, Kim Boyd, Jonathan Hancock, Kevin Hancock, and Toni Lynn Hancock; also 15 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Hancock, and her son, Tony Hancock.
The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
