Edith Rose Guthrie, 99, of Harkers Island, passed away Monday September 3, 2012, at Taylor Extended Care.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Vergie Mae Cemetery with Rev. Clint Nelson officiating.
She is survived by four sons William A. Guthrie of Harkers Island, Jerry L. Guthrie of Harkers Island, Andrew Guthrie of Harkers Island, and Sherman Guthrie of LaGrange, NC: ten grandchildren: and thirteen great grandchildren.
Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to a Charity of one's choice.
