Doris Mae Meadows,74, of Mill Creek, died Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Croatan Ridge Nursing Home.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Reece's Chapel with Rev. James Chadwick officiating.
She is survived by daughter, Barbara Jean Sparks of Stacy; four sons, Leon Delbert Meadows of Beaufort, SC, William Joseph Meadows and Calvin Ernest Meadows both of the home, and John David Meadows of Newport; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
