Donna Ruder
August 31, 1934 — September 15, 2015
Donna Arlene Ruder, 81, of Newport passed away Tuesday, Septermber 15, 2015 at Carteret Health Care.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Friday, September 18, 2015 at New Bern National Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Dixie Jo Bishop of Beaufort, SC; one son, Rick Ruder of Newport, NC; and two brothers, Donald Perkins of Jophlin, MO. and Clyde Perkins of Liberal, KS; also four, grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Joseph Ruder; and parents, Frank and Ruby Perkins; also one granddaughter, Tracy Lynn Bishop.
