Dennis Ray Woolard, Sr., 59 , of Morehead City, died Sunday, March 8, 2015 at his home.
The family conducted a memorial service at 6:00 pm Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at First Free Will Baptist Church in Morehead City.
Dennis was a very charismatic person and was well known as being the life of the party, and he had a smile that could light up the room. He was a very talented musician. He had a great love for his dog "Cody".
He is survived by his wife, Jacque Woolard of Morehead City; two daughters, Anita Lynne Woolard of Wilmington and Elaine Katrina Pitner of Havelock; three sons, Dennis Ray Rose of Morehead City, Dennis Ray Woolard, II of Wilson, and Paul James Pitner, Jr. of Havelock; two brothers, Norwood Woolard, Jr. of Morehead City and Timothy Woolard of Newport; two sisters, Wanda Temple of Newport and Sheila Croom of Morehead City; and special friend, Tina Rose of Morehead City; nine grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.
