Debra’s Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026, at Munden Funeral Home in Havelock. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Debra was born on October 16, 1959, in Newark, New Jersey, to the late Francis and Patricia Burke. She was a devoted and loving wife of 33 years to her husband, William. Debra worked faithfully as the office manager at Cherry Point for many years before retiring, a role in which she was respected for her dedication, organization, and kindness. Debra’s love, warmth, and gentle spirit will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
