Debbie Inez Freeman Wilde
June 22, 1956 — May 2, 2017
Debbie Inez Freeman Wilde, 60, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
A Funeral Service for Debbie will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church with the Reverend John Pollock officiating. Interment will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Holly Hill Cemetery in Thomasville, NC.
Debbie loved taking trips to the Cape, camping, boating, and the beach. Her favorite place was the lighthouse. She had a great love of animals and enjoyed working as a Vet. Tech. Debbie was compassionate and giving. Her family enjoyed her wonderful baking.
Debbie is survived by her mother Mable Freeman of Thomasville; sister, Susan Freeman of Thomasville; sister in law, caregiver and best friend, Harriette Elizabeth Wilde Cooper of Newport; aunts, Helen Teague, Betty Brooks; and by a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; J. D. Freeman; and her husband; Hugh “Buck” Wilde.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home.
