Cynthia B. Murphy, 64, of Atlantic Beach, died Sunday November 4, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years Joe Murphy of the home: a daughter Michelle Murphy of Florida: a son Joseph Murphy of the home: a sister Barbara Price of Atlanta, GA.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Eva Barton, and a sister Jackie Hanson.
In lieu of flowers family request memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association Memorial Processing Center PO Box 5216 Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
